Before march of 1996 i own 19,building lots and a building?

I sold a lot and building in March of 1996, had until june 1996 to remove all my belonging of the

property? now this left me with 18,building lots in one location. untill February 12,1997 ,the first times that i would have any i-d of how much property D.O.T. would requires from me. see
