that i had a Draft Report that didn't make sense.

Goodwin market value, of $5,300.

I know today that Goodwin took two survey Lots and the back property

and turn it back to raw wood land. Now why would any one ,that had propety ,

all ready survey into lots and sale it as raw land.

A (v ) shape parcel that would ruin at less 6 building lots out of the whole parcel.??

Now this would not be the hightest and best use of the Property.??
