On or about October,23/2006 I Richard A. Harris went to the New Minister of D.O.T. Denis Landry for Information of Evidence that D.O.T. Engineer Heather Pugh ! lie in COURT. Now this was on Advise of the Ombudsman office. The fact Is that there are three stepts to try to obtain Information under the Right to Information ACT.? How long will this take, it could take four to six month,? and then there is no guarantee that you don't have to get a Judge to make a ruling on it. if it Public or not? The main (Question) ask was what Date was the Survey work done on Indicates the Boundary Line of the Highway.? Now dozes not the Money come from the Taxs Payers for 94% for Everthing, ? So Could any one tell me how this INFORMATION could be private.??
