criminal harassment =Court Harassment

BTW this is definitely not spam it is hard on the topic of incompetent
policing in this area.

One last thing if the far from honourable "horsemen" turn up and
bother me again. The first thing I want to know is the true name of
Canadian Crime News. Then where the Hell did Cpl Warren McBeath go?

Dear Mr. Amos,

Thank you for your follow up e-mail to me today. I was on days off
over the holidays and returned to work this evening. Rest assured I
was not
ignoring or procrastinating to respond to your concerns.

As your attachment sent today refers from Premier Graham, our position
is clear on your dead calf issue: Our forensic labs do not process
testing on animals in cases such as yours, they are referred to the
Atlantic Veterinary College in Charlottetown who can provide these
services. If you do not choose to utilize their expertise in this
instance, then that is your decision and nothing more can be done.

As for your other concerns regarding the US Government, false
imprisonment and Federal Court Dates in the US, etc... it is clear
that Federal authorities are aware of your concerns both in Canada and
the US. These issues do not fall into the purvue of Detachment
policing
in Petitcodiac, NB.

It was indeed an interesting and informative conversation we had on
December 23rd, and I wish you well in all of your future endeavors.

Sincerely,
Warren McBeath, Cpl.

Tingley Court History & Operation Jekyll

Canadian Crime News,Atlantic: Gangs & Organized Crime
By Brent Mazerolle
Times & Transcript ,Moncton, NB
The RCMP's mobile command centre pulled out of what used to be known
as the Tingley Compound late yesterday afternoon after three days of
police operations. But if the obvious symbol of the RCMP's power has
disappeared, so has the most obvious symbol of the Tingley family's
power, the now infamous sign that once adorned the site, warning
visitors that, "what you see here, do here,. hear here ... STAYS
HERE!"
If the Tingley Compound sign sent a message, there can be no doubt the
Mounties were sending a message of their own in taking it down.
First of all, though brothers Roger and Rodney Tingley and Rodney's
sons Michael, Kevin and Christopher all remain in custody, and though
Gail Tingley, Sharon Tingley and Missy Tingley, wives of three of the
men, have been released pending further court appearances, none of the
57 charges pending against the eight people has yet been tested in
court.
To date, only two people have ever been charged in connection with any
incidents against the Hopper family. They are Michael Roger Tingley,
one of the eight people arrested in Wednesday's round-up, and Richard
John Tingley, a brother of twins Roger and Rodney Tingley. (Richard is
not among the members of his family arrested Wednesday).
Michael Tingley is charged with making a threat against Tanya Hopper
last September. The court has not yet dealt with that matter.
He was also charged with uttering a death threat to Stephen Hopper by
gesture or verbal means on Jan. 5, assaulting Hopper and failing to
comply with a court undertaking to have no contact with Hopper or any
members of his family. Tingley had pleaded not guilty to the charges
and the matter was scheduled to go to trial in November, but the Crown
withdrew those three charges in September.
Richard John Tingley was convicted in July of three counts of
breaching a court undertaking to have no contact with members of the
Hopper family, but acquitted on one breach and two criminal harassment
charges.
To date, no member of the Hopper family has ever been accused with
committing any crime, nor have there been any incidents reported of
members of the Tingley family being victimized in any way by persons
known or unknown.
